Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide flexibility and support to our clients. However, please note the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of the deposit/payment.
Cancellations made after 72 hours to the scheduled event date will NOT receive a refund of deposit/payment.
Any cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the client's control (e.g., natural disasters) may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and refunds or rescheduling options will be offered at our discretion.

Please note that changes to the event date or details may also be subject to availability and additional fees.
